I ordered some art supplies from Jackson's and they turned up way quicker than I expected. Everything was packed really well, and the delivery updates were clear too. i’m just glad I didn’t have to wait ages. I’ll definitely order again when I need more bits.

"Great service that’s making me rethink my usual paint brand"
I usually stick with my go-to paint brand, so I was a bit unsure about ordering elsewhere, but the customer service team really impressed me. They helped with my paint order really quickly, were friendly the whole way through, and sorted the issue with no fuss at all. They also kept me updated, which I appreciated. Really happy with the experience.

"Good communication, delivery was a little slow"
I got clear email updates the whole time, so it never felt like I was left wondering what was going on. Delivery did take a bit longer than I expected, but the communication made it hassle-free. Weirdly, I remember one update coming in right as I was trying to fix a squeaky cabinet door, so that stuck in my head. Overall, not a bad experience

"Exactly as described"
I ordered a few paints and brushes, everything showed up just as it was listed. The colors, sizes, and details all matched the descriptions, which is really all you can ask for as a customer. It’s nice when a shop does the decent thing and makes sure what you see is actually what you get

The prices are fair, which almost makes me suspicious these days. Like, I kept waiting for some hidden fee to pop up or for the “real” cost to reveal itself at checkout, but nope. Everything seemed straightforward. In a world where every company feels like it’s secretly plotting to squeeze a few extra dollars out of you, this place was refreshingly reasonable.

I ordered a few art supplies from jacksonsart.com because I’d been meaning to replace some brushes and bits for ages, and overall it was a smooth experience. The tracking was clear enough, and I got updates when the order was packed and then sent out, which was handy because I like knowing where things are, especially when I’m waiting on stuff for the weekend. Delivery took a little longer than I thought it would, but it wasn’t a big deal. Everything arrived safely, well packed, and in good condition. I’d use them again, though it would be nice if the tracking updated a bit quicker.

"Nice little bonus for repeat orders"
I’ve ordered from Jackson’s a few times now, and the loyalty rewards are a nice little perk when I’m stocking up on art supplies. The points are simple to use and not confusing, which I appreciate. I do wish they built up a bit faster, but they’re still handy. Overall, I’m happy with it and I keep coming back.

"Refund was painless"
I had to return something I ordered, it went smoother than I expected. No drama, no back-and-forth, which is always a relief. It did take a few days for the refund to come through, but that’s kind of normal, I guess. Anyway, all sorted in the end, so I’m happy enough with how it was handled.

"Honestly, I Was Ready to Complain… But Nope"
I ordered a few paints and brushes from Jackson’s to be shipped abroad, and at first I was kind of bracing myself for a hassle. International delivery, art supplies, fragile-ish stuff… you know how it can go. But actually? It was totally fine. The parcel was packed really well, everything arrived in perfect condition, and nothing was damaged. Delivery did take a bit of time, but that’s normal when it’s going overseas. Tracking worked properly too, so I wasn’t left guessing. I started off suspicious, but yeah, they won me over. I’d happily order from them again

"Everything was right in the box"
I ordered a few paint tubes and brushes from jacksonsart.com and, everything came exactly as I’d picked it. No missing items, no wrong colours, and the brush sizes were right too. I’ve had mix-ups with art supplies before, so yeah, it was really nice to just open the box and see it all correct. I’d definitely order again.

"Ended Up Finding Loads Here"
I was only meant to have a quick look because I’d been trying to track down a couple of specific art supplies without much luck locally, and I somehow ended up browsing for ages. The site was easy enough to move around, which helped, and I liked being able to compare a few different brands before deciding. After checking a few things, I realised Jacksons actually had a really good range, paints, brushes, and even paper sizes I hadn’t been able to find in my usual shops...

I picked up a few of Jacksons own brand paints and brushes mostly because I was trying not to spend too much, they’ve been really good for the price. The packaging isn’t fancy or anything, but that doesn’t really bother me since I’m bad for making a mess with supplies anyway. They work well and do what I need, so I’ll definitely buy them again.
